Your opportunity
As a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager, you will bring strategic vision and
operational excellence to our IT service delivery function, ensuring that our team not
only meets but exceeds the evolving needs of our business and clients. Your
leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and
collaboration. Through your strategic oversight, you will ensure our technology
initiatives are closely aligned with our business goals, delivering value and driving
continuous improvement in our service delivery model.
You will:
- Strategic Leadership and Operations: Oversee the global IT support
framework, ensuring strategic alignment across time zones for unparalleled
business support. Drive operational excellence through effective day-to-day
management of our service delivery team, including specialists and
engineers, to maintain and exceed service standards. Strategic liaison
between Risk, Audit and Compliance. Regulatory liaison including Monetary
Authority of Singapore IAC Senior Manager.
- Service Excellence and Team Development: Elevate service quality by
mentoring the team towards delivering white-glove support, embodying
professionalism and excellence. Cultivate a culture of continuous
improvement and professional growth within the team to enhance service
delivery. Client Operational Due Diligence technology responsibilities.
- Strategic Partnerships and Communication: Establish and maintain
strategic partnerships with APAC leadership, ensuring technology initiatives
are in harmony with global and regional business objectives. Provide pivotal
updates on information security and technology representation to the regional
Boards within APAC, highlighting strategic implications.
- Incident Management and Service Integration: Lead the Major Incident
Management process, ensuring rapid resolution of critical incidents to
minimize impact on business operations. Drive the integration of new
technologies and services into the existing portfolio, ensuring smooth
adoption and operational continuity.
- Performance Management and Reporting: Monitor and analyze
departmental performance against KPIs to ensure targets are met and service
quality is maintained at the highest levels. Produce and distribute
comprehensive service reports, offering insights and actionable intelligence to
stakeholders.
- Project Leadership and VIP Support: Represent the APAC region in global
technology initiatives, providing regional insights to align with global
strategies. Ensure the delivery of exceptional IT support to executive leaders,
prioritizing their needs to support business continuity and success.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion the adoption of new
technologies and processes to enhance service delivery. Oversee the annual
technology refresh program, ensuring our infrastructure and tools remain
cutting-edge and support our strategic objectives.

Must have skills
- IT Technical Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical
management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully overseeing
complex IT operations and leading technology strategy implementation.
- Strategic Leadership and Change Management: Proven leadership abilities
with a focus on strategic decision-making, driving organizational change, and
influencing positive outcomes at all levels within the technology domain.
- Team Development and Management: Strong experience in building,
managing, and mentoring high-performing IT teams, with an emphasis on
professional development and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication
skills, both oral and written, with a proven ability to engage effectively with
senior stakeholders, executive teams, and across functional boundaries to
drive IT initiatives and align technology strategies with business goals.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management: Advanced skills in
delivering high-quality customer service and building strong relationships
across the organization and with external partners, ensuring customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies,
infrastructure management (including networking and server management),
and familiarity with Apple iOS products. A solid understanding of the current
IT landscape and the ability to leverage technology to meet business needs is
essential.
- Project Management: Comprehensive project management skills, capable of
leading and executing projects efficiently, within scope, time, and budget,
while navigating the complexities of a global operational environment.
