Your opportunity

 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to position the business effectively across diverse channels and mediums, ensuring consistent brand messaging and market impact.
  • Continue to build and strengthen Janus Henderson’s brand identity across all key mediums (print, digital, speaking opportunities, advertising, events, and webinars), differentiating us in the marketplace.
  • Contribute to institutional and intermediary marketing initiatives within the Asia Client Group, driving sales objectives through client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention strategies.
  • Support fund launches in partnership with distributors and client partners, focusing on promotional strategies and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver Janus Henderson events, as well as third-party and distributor events, covering the full spectrum of event execution. This includes developing strategy and creative concepts, crafting agendas and content, managing speakers and stakeholders, overseeing event briefings, logistics, and post-event feedback to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Produce marketing collateral for events, including copywriting, Pardot invitations, microsites, and event materials.
  • Manage design and production of product marketing collateral for promotional purposes.
  • Source creative festive and branded merchandise for client gifting and events across Asia.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility and accountability for the Asia ex-Japan institutional marketing budget.
  • Manage external vendors for the creation and execution of marketing initiatives as required.
  • Support the Head of Marketing Asia with initiatives across the organization and collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and synergy.

Must have skills

 

  • Deep market knowledge of the asset management industry and deep understanding of the client segments as well as investment strategies, key regulatory and industry trends.
  • Broad marketing experience in fixed income, equity, multi-asset, and alternatives platforms. 
  • Proven ability to develop marketing and promotional strategies that successfully drive business goals.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and client retention process.
  • Proven marketing experience in the development of campaign messaging and value propositions.
  • Strong project management skills, including an ability to move projects forward in a complex environment.
  • Ability to engage, influence and direct others to execute against business and firm goals. 
  • Thorough understanding of compliance requirements in Asia ex Japan for the institutional and intermediary marketplace.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with strong metrics reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Ability to travel if required.
