Your opportunity
- Develop and deliver promotional activities that support sales and marketing efforts in Asia ex Japan, strengthening client connectivity and building brand awareness across institutional and intermediary channels.
- Event management and support for JHI events, third party and distributor events – event briefings and post event feedback, logistics, internal and external stakeholder management, creative concepts, theme and content development, copywriting and building of Pardot invites, microsites, materials etc.
- Consolidate and repackage investment marketing and thought leadership content for different channels (events, web, collateral, emails videos, media, etc.).
- Support marketing activities and strategies to drive traffic to website and social media platforms.
- Manage product marketing collaterals with regards to design and production for promotional purposes.
- Support fund launches with distributors and client partners, understanding client needs and building long-term partnership
- Sourcing creative festive and branded merchandise for client gifting in Asia ex Japan
- Support budget/expense reporting, compliance approvals and distributor sponsorship tracking
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- At least 5-7 years of related working experience, preferably marketing experience in the asset management and financial services industry.
- Well versed in financial services strategic marketing trends and competitive landscape.
- Integrated campaign management experience, with a strong focus on digital.
- Event management experience.
- Knowledge working with email campaigns as part of the marketing mix.
- Excellent written and oral English.
- Knowledge of multi-media, video, digital assets for promotional purposes.
- Website marketing and management knowledge.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- A team player, the ability to collaborate and work with colleagues across different time zones and regions, as well as the ability to work independently.
- In-depth customer centric marketing skills, a broad understanding of all marketing elements.
- Proactive, uses initiative and is a self-starter.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, both visual and numerical.
- Ability to problem solve and a desire to learn, understand and grow.
Nice to have skills
- LinkedIn promotional experience.
- Email marketing knowledge Pardot or similar.
- Experience with Seismic or similar.
- Salesforce campaign management experience.
