Your opportunity
- Support the intermediary distribution channel in all sales-related and marketing activities as required
- Support and coordinate all aspects of new client onboarding in collaboration with internal stakeholders and relevant functions
- Support the intermediary distribution channel in coordinating RFP & ad hoc requests
- Monitor and actively track progress of opportunities and prospects in a timely manner on Salesforce, including updating of contact details, meeting notes and any post meeting follow-up actions
- Research and monitor asset management development in key Asian markets to develop competitor analysis and other market intelligence. through usage of analytical tools and in collaboration with relevant teams
- To work with Sales Managers where relevant to handle client enquiries including operational matters pertaining to daily business activities
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Related work experience within the Investment Management Industry
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Relevant client service experience within the asset management space is preferred
- Ability to comprehend Janus Henderson’s array of asset class strategies
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office programs and good working knowledge of CRM systems
Nice to have skills
- Language proficiency in Thai is a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to form good working relationships with all clients and internal stakeholders

- Knowledge of financial markets, financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on markets
