Your opportunity
The Regional Sales Analyst (RSA), in partnership with a Regional Director, will be responsible for proactive sales, support, and service of clients and prospects in their assigned territory. This includes developing and maintaining existing relationships as well as identifying and acquiring new business.
To be successful in this role, the RSA will be expected to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors across RIA and wirehouse channels
- Proactively engage advisors to communicate Privacore’s thought leadership, product updates, and investment ideas
- Articulate complex alternative investment strategies clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Support new business development through outbound advisor outreach and follow‑up
- Deliver and support presentations promoting Privacore’s products and solutions
- Partner with the Regional Director to build, execute, and measure a Territory Business Plan focused on sales and AUM growth
- Prepare analytics, reports, and presentations to support territory execution and advisor meetings
- Manage meeting logistics, materials distribution, and post‑meeting follow‑ups
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM data; ensure strong pipeline and activity hygiene
- Use available data and reporting tools to prioritize activities and improve territory efficiency
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure transparency, coordination, and execution excellence
- Participate in cross‑team initiatives and projects focused on improving sales effectiveness and scalability
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial services (alternative investments or private wealth preferred)
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
- Strong understanding of capital markets and alternative investment strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self‑motivated with strong accountability and ownership mentality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through June 15, 2026.
