Your Opportunity
- Responsible for leading Privacore’s brand, marketing and communications functions
- Create and develop all marketing collateral and resources to support sales efforts
- Content creation and distribution of messaging across several platforms
- Oversee the firm’s digital presence by managing website and social media
- Drive project prioritization in a fast-paced environment and evolving business needs
- Help manage and execute Privacore + GPs’ events, calls and webinars
- Collaborate with Marketing teams at Janus Henderson Group
- Draft language for RFPs, Press Releases, Website, and Social Media related projects
- Work cross-functionally with different teams at Janus Henderson Group
Must have knowledge and skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of marketing experience in asset management or alternative investments
- Strong presence, excellent communication and business writing skills
- Expertise in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent project management skills and readiness to implement marketing strategies
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics
- Desire to work in a rapid growth environment
Nice to Have Skills
- A passion for capital markets and alternative investments
- Proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Ability to distill complex subjects in visually engaging formats
- Ability to provide strategic counsel and guidance to team leadership
- Independent self-starter who also thrives in team settings

Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position is $240,000 - $275,000 commensurate with experience. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through May 28, 2025.
You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
