Your opportunity

 

  • Organise and carry out presentations and training activities towards domestic IFAS/PBs networks as assigned in collaboration with the other members of the retail team
  • Conduct cold calls to prospects
  • Prepare ad hoc presentations for retail networks
  • Design marketing ideas and budget effective road shows targeting the single IFAS/PBs groups located and operating in the major Italian cities.
  • Active across the whole Italian territory but with the specific responsibility to improve JHI penetration in the areas of the North and Centre Italy.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new networks’ relationships through planned individual account support to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction
  • Provide good support to the country head, Italy on a day to day basis
  • Liaise constructively with the sales support resources both local and central
  • Provide support with SICAV Lux transfer agent and any local lawyers regarding statutory funds authorization.
  • Contribute to the London ‘Product’ unit activity aiming to launch/maintain a range of funds which satisfy/meet clients’ requirement on a medium-term basis.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

  • Business and Communication Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator and, beyond the initial development phase, able to consolidate the relationship with the clients being always supportive and, if possible, anticipating their operational requirements.
  • A character evidencing curiosity, proactivity, enthusiasm; to be perceived as a strong team player and a reliable colleague /collaborator.
  • Fluent in English given the constant need to dialogue with the London’s investment floor
  • With a good background and knowledge of the financial markets in order to understand and correctly report all the indications coming from JHI fund managers and analysts.
  • Familiar with the most common software programs (e.g. Power Point, Excel)
  • Clear and concise in the writing attitude in order to produce effective CRM notes
  • ESG qualifications, understanding and knowledge are a value added
