Your opportunity
- Assist with managing and coordinating implementation activity including acquiring a full understanding of requirements, documentation of runbooks, participate in calls regarding events, supporting the operational and implementation components as well as instructing and being responsible for the set up across relevant internal/external parties.
- Assist with coordinating the finalisation of legal agreements for onboarding such as IMA agreements and investment guideline reviews.
- Input into launch dates with key stakeholders considering complexity of product structure/changes and pending pipeline of events.
- Ensure a detailed understanding of the various internal operating models and articulate the impact of new client/product structures or changes to existing structure.
- Successfully supporting implementation of multiple events of different complexity, simultaneously.
- Host and chair meetings including regular working group meetings, document and share meeting minutes and action logs.
- Support the CPI Manager at Client discussions and workshops
- Coordinate seeding and de-seeding activity within Janus Henderson products.
- Daily interaction and monitoring of deliverables from TPA’s.
- Support the Derivatives Onboarding process for new Funds and Clients in conjunction with the relevant global teams.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- At least 3 years of experience in client/product transitions activity with in-depth knowledge of client and product account structures.
- Familiarity with trading of derivatives, required documentation for trading of derivatives and operational impact of derivatives in client/product accounts.
- Knowledge and understanding of various implementation activity.
- Ability to identify potential areas for errors, risk and the management of both.
- Proficiency and understanding of an Operations control environment.
- Understanding of the Australian financial services marketplace and its component parts, across the Retail, Wholesale and Institutional channels
- Highly analytical and able to work on sophisticated transition activity. Organised, methodical and structured approach to the role.
- Strong focus for servicing internal and external clients at a high level.
- Able to build and cultivate relationships with Investment and Distribution teams (sales and client service) plus other stakeholders.
Nice to have skills
- An Investment Operations and / or client/product background.
- Experience in a role overseeing third party providers, highly regarded.
- Ability to handle small projects and participate in larger business projects.
- Hard working, approachable and able to work well across a team.
