Your opportunity
- Senior oversight and PMO administration of Transformation function governance and supporting artefacts
- Management of Transformation reporting ranging from Board level to weekly status reporting. Produce statistics and overview for MI
- Setting and enforcing the standards, processes and procedures for central program PMO
- Management and oversight of Support roles – whether internal or contingent workforce
- Management of third party PMO ways of working and aligning reporting to a single version of the truth
- Actively supporting program manager and director on senior oversight and delivery
- Management of governance process, internally and jointly with third parties
- Collaborating with the Business Change & Transformation team to align on governance, centralised PMO requirements, R&R and standards
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Experience as a Support Manager on large scale transformation programmes / projects
- Diligence, excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail
- An acute understanding of programme and organisational financial practices
- Strong written English skills
- Outcome-focused and action-driven mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to work to tight deadlines
- Good People skills and effective stakeholder management abilities.
