Your opportunity

 

  • Execute integrated channel marketing tailored to the Iberian, LATAM, and USO markets, including campaigns, emailing, social media and event coordination.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in producing, updating or localising marketing material that supports the business strategy, in English and local language.
  • Provide support for industry events as required, working independently or in collaboration with the events team depending on the event size (e.g. logistics, marketing materials, banners, merchandise, etc.).
  • Work with the wider marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of marketing activity, including campaigns and advertising activities.
  • Work with compliance to ensure that all marketing materials are compliant with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Support the translation process and proofread translated materials.
  • Ensure overall marketing operational excellence and review the different websites are accurately updated and maintained.
  • Monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities: compile performance metrics across all our campaign activities, analyse and improve upon key metrics.
  • Conduct solid budget management: manage and track invoices within marketing budget.
  • Understand brand, regulatory, compliance, and financial requirements.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills

 

  • Fluent in English and native Spanish speaker – written and spoken - essential
  • Good planning and project management skills
  • Able to work independently on small and moderately complex projects
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Prior experience in a marketing role
  • Ability to work as part of an effective team
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and developing good level of networking skills (internal teams, stakeholders, peers, and external third parties)
  • Client-centric approach through all marketing work
  • Deadline driven

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Degree in Marketing preferable
  • Pardot experience desirable.
  • Good writing/editing skills
  • Some knowledge of the asset management industry preferable
  • Understand the need to prioritise and manage expectations
