Your opportunity 

 

Working collaboratively as part of the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, this individual will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Co-develop and execute pan-regional campaigns across EMEA LATAM USO
  • Campaign toolkit:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product marketing, regional leaders, investment specialists, design teams, UX…) to develop the campaign messaging framework & proposition, both at capability and product level.
    • Support the creation of a toolkit of campaign assets (e.g. landing pages, e-mails, social media posts, webinars)
  • Digital marketing production:
    • Manage the marketing automation and e-mail marketing programme
    • Ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns, segmentation and distribution lists into our CRM tool
    • Oversee the development and execution of regional social media strategy (paid & organic)
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with and manage external digital agencies and service providers to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • People Management: Manage the digital marketing specialist(s)
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using key performance metrics to inform future strategies and improvements
  • Manage external agencies / resources and budget associated
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution
  • Strong marketing skills with extensive experience delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Superb project management – able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
  • Excellent communication and brief-writing skills
  • Knowledge of marketing automation best practice
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies
  • Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders to achieve a coordinated process (assertive, consensus building)

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Previous experience within Asset Management
  • Experience in managing marketing processes inclusive of budgets
