Your opportunity
- To support the Head of Product and Distribution Compliance to oversee that distribution activities in the LatAm region are undertaken in line with all relevant rules and regulations.
- To advise on, and approve, promotional material for the LatAm region.
- To advise colleagues in providing cross product-line compliance coverage to ensure continuity of support to business areas.
- To proactively arrange and/or deliver training to the Distribution department on regulatory requirements (including the application of compliance policies) which may impact JHI marketing and distribution activities in LatAm.
- To assist in embedding a culture of effective management of regulatory risk within the Distribution department, with specific focus on LatAm.
- As it pertains to LatAm distribution activity, keep abreast of new regulatory developments and rules, assess their potential impact on JHI and assist in ensuring appropriate implementation action is taken.
- To promote a culture of treating customers fairly and client centricity in a client-led and client focused business.
- To oversee that Compliance policies and procedures are updated to meet the needs of JHI’s LatAm distribution teams and when regulatory changes arise.
- To support and advise the LatAm Distribution and Marketing teams on new and existing distribution matters as required.
