Your opportunity

 

This role is a 6 month FTC.

 

The EMEA & LatAm Channel Marketing team is responsible for building the Janus Henderson brand, raising product awareness and helping to drive sales in tandem with the firm’s sales operation. The team is tasked with using all aspects of the marketing mix and is responsible for marketing to intermediated, wholesale and institutional segments across the UK, continental Europe and Latin America.

 

You will support the Marketing Director in delivering the marketing strategy primarily for our campaigns across EMEA, LatAm and USO. Work with the wider marketing functions to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, from  planning and development to execution and evaluation.

 

  • Work with wider marketing functions to create and develop campaign materials to accommodate all aspects of our campaign, including website design, emails, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Work with compliance to ensure that all marketing materials are compliant with all regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Support the translation process where appropriate
  • Regularly check and maintain campaign pages insuring content is relevant and still appropriate
  • Manage the quarterly Campaign Reporting –  measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities: compile performance metrics across all our campaign activities, analyse and improve upon key metrics.
  • Co-ordinate within the Marketing team to report on wider Marketing activities for our Board Reports.
  • Work with our Digital and Advertising team to deliver on the strategy of our LinkedIn “Always On” campaign.
  • Manage and track invoices within marketing budget.
  • Understand brand, regulatory, compliance, and financial requirements.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills

 

  • Experience in a marketing or administrative role
  • Able to work indepenently on small and moderately complex projects, while also demonstrating a proactive, can-do attitude that drives projects forward
  • Planning and project management skills, including the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at the same time without compromising on quality or deadlines
  • Highly organized, with a knack for keeping various projects on track and stakeholders informed
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills
  • Enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work effectively with different people and departments
  • Understands the need to prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Deadline driven, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and on time

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Pardot experience desirable

  • Some Knowedlge of the asset management industry and investment products

  • Experience using marketing automation/workflow and email marketing tools
