Your opportunity
- Support the Head of Investment Trust Sales and Senior Trust Product Specialist to implement sales campaigns
- Be responsible for maintaining and growing contacts on the CRM database
- Help co-ordinate roadshows ensuring materials are prepared, invitations sorted and logistics arranged
- Ensure all these client interactions are correctly recorded for to enable reporting to the boards
- Optimise the use of the CRM system
- Help build monthly newsletters and find interesting relevant content
- Co-ordinate RFP or DDQ questionnaire requests
- Issue CPD certificates to attendees
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Recent experience using a CRM system (Salesforce ideally)
- Some experience creating digital communications
- A good communicator with business and interpersonal skills (some experience in a client facing role)
- Organized, resourceful and able to work to a deadline
- Computer skills: Adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Internet. Email and ideally have knowledge of database management
- Literacy and Numeracy: Ability to demonstrate a high level of literacy. Able to understand pricing calculations and basic business finance
