Your opportunity

  • Be part of a global engineering team, engaged in client-side 3rd line technical support, problem diagnosis and change implementation
  • Provide consultancy to Technology teams and the business (EUC)
  • Contribute to the success of Projects and other transformational change programs
  • Deliver appropriate change into the Production environment, in adherence to Information Security policies and Change Management best practices
  • Be responsible for maintaining desktop management platforms
  • Provide guidance and training to regional 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support teams
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment
  • Occasionally required to work out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment, inc. device hardening.
  • Multi-forest Active Directory environments and Entra ID Connect
  • Intune modern device management: AutoPilot, Co-Management, Enrollment and Configuration profiles.
  • Entra ID Conditional Access troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager – Administration, OSD, software deployment, update management, configuration baselines, client settings and related troubleshooting.
  • Group Policy Management: Advanced in policy design, manipulation and troubleshooting
  • Automation: PowerShell (min. level: Intermediate)
  • Extensive experience managing Windows clients, modern browsers, Microsoft 365 Apps, OneDrive, Enterprise State Roaming (ESR), AppLocker
  • Familiar with Certificates: Request, issuance, installation & troubleshooting
  • General network troubleshooting, inc. VPN and Enterprise Firewall issues
  • Copilot 365 adoption and management

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Intune management of macOS and iOS devices, inc. application deployment
  • Automation: PowerShell (level: Advanced), SCORCH runbook design
  • PowerBI report design
  • Familiar with MS Graph
  • Citrix XenApp seamless app delivery – Advanced troubleshooting
  • Virtualization technologies: Windows 365, AVD, VMWare vSphere
  • Client Monitoring platform experience, inc. data analysis
  • Flexera Admin Studio – Repackaging applications for Windows Installer
  • Advanced in Microsoft Windows Installer authoring
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Agile working practices (Sprint)
