Your opportunity
- Act as the primary liaison between legal, procurement and distribution business functions to gather and document business requirements, ensuring no impacts to each other services.
- Analyse and map current contract lifecycle processes across departments and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure integrated product solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
- Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of primarily contract management tools, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to validate requirements and drive consensus.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical specifications, process flows, and user stories to support system implementation and enhancements.
- Assist in change management activities including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption post-implementation, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the contract management ecosystem.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst operating with vendor products, complex meta data structures and multiple business demands
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and related regulatory requirements, ideally vendor and distribution contracts.
- Strong system configuration skills, hands on changes to the application will be essential.
- Experience with specific contract management platforms, ideally Agiloft.
- Experience working with integrated vendor products, via API and other methods and SaaS platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, work closely with developers and assist with QA.
- Proficiency in process modelling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with strong Jira skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including solution design support.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid and cross-functional environment.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to have skills
- Experience with other contract management platforms (e.g., Icertis, Coupa, DocuSign CLM).
- Exposure to legal, tech, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of asset management operations and distribution channels.
- Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience with vendor selection and RFP processes.
