Your opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Channel Marketer to lead and execute marketing initiatives across the DACH region. This role is key in driving demand generation, strengthening and amplifying our brand presence through all marketing channel ecosystems. You will collaborate closely with sales, global marketing and product teams, and regional partners to deliver impactful campaigns that support business growth.
- Contribute to the integrated channel marketing strategy tailored to the DACH market.
- Participate at localising global campaigns and assets to ensure regional relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and review of high-quality financial content tailored to the DACH market and adapted to all addressable segment of investors, ensuring all content is free from errors and effectively communicates our message.
- Utilise excellent proofreading skills and German language skills to review all financial marketing content and support with the translation process as required.
- Ensure operational excellence across all digital marketing touchpoints, including webpages, emailing, Social Media, PDF, html links, maintaining accuracy and functionality.
- Build strong relationships with key partners, agencies and distributors to co-create marketing programmes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.
- Plan and execute partner-facing and industry events across the DACH region, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing goals and measurable impact.
- Represent the DACH region in marketing forums with sales, sharing best practices and market intelligence.

Must have skills
- Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in Finance marketing, preferably Asset Management.
- Excellent content writing and editing skills in German, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and formats.
- Understanding of the Financial industry or asset management DACH region, ability to work with financial functions and sales in partnership.
- Proven success in executing channel marketing strategies in the DACH region.
- Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and indirect sales models.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player, able to work effectively with different people and departments
