Your opportunity
 

  • Process Improvement – continuously identifying, leading and delivering  improvement opportunities
  • FX Revaluation and Translation expert, understand requirements, drive process harmonization and leverage system capabilities
  • Provide support to all track leads for end-to-end design, configuration, testing and deployment of SAP S4/HANA core modules – specific focus on Fixed Assets (FA), Group Reporting (GR) and Blackline integration for account reconciliation and journal entries
  • Act as a primary liaison between CoE track leads, technical teams, and external SI partners to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Ensure the Blackline integration aligns with corporate accounting policies and improves reconciliation efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide guidance and oversight on testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data validation, and defect resolution
  • Support change management and end-user training efforts to ensure a smooth transition and adoption
  • Collaborate closely with core implementation team, including System Integrator and Project Management Office to ensure project milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field, MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years of SAP experience with some experience in S/4 Hana project implementation
  • Experience with FX revaluation and translation in SAP environment
  • Strong understanding of financial close processes, consolidation and intercompany eliminations
  • Experience in preparing data for data migration, particularly in fixed assets and financial master data
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., SOX, IFRS)
  • Ability to lead workshops and drive business process improvements
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana, BTP, and reporting capabilities
