Your opportunity
- Lead the day-to-day execution and optimisation of the firm’s global social media presence, with accountability for delivery, performance, and continuous improvement across channels
- Support and operationalise global social media strategy, translating direction into clear plans, workflows, and high-quality execution across regions
- Build and maintain scalable systems, including workflows, governance, approvals, and global operating frameworks that enable efficient, consistent delivery
- Manage multiple priorities with strong project management discipline, ensuring timelines, outputs, and stakeholders are aligned in a fast-paced environment
- Drive execution excellence, including socialisation of plans, documentation, compliance recordkeeping, and consistent KPI tracking and reporting
- Bring deep platform expertise, with LinkedIn as the firm’s primary channel, supported by strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts
- Optimise content for social media performance, advising on format, structure, and platform-specific best practices to maximise engagement and reach
- Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scale content production, and enhance campaign effectiveness
- Navigate complex environments with confidence, balancing regulatory requirements, stakeholder needs, and platform dynamics
- Partner cross-functionally with Advertising, Content, Brand, Product, and regional teams to ensure social activity supports broader business and marketing priorities
- Maintain strong commercial awareness, proactively monitoring competitor activity, industry trends, and social listening insights to inform recommendations and execution

Must have skills
- Three or more years of social media strategy or digital marketing experience
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta platforms, YouTube, and familiarity with emerging platforms
- Proven ability to define strategy, deliver results, and communicate effectively across organizational levels
- Strong writing skills and advanced understanding of brand storytelling
- Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization and communicate with clarity, confidence, and flexibility
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulated content workflows
Nice to have skills
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Experience guiding creative teams and partners on visual standards, photo selection, and best practices for social media.
- Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through June 30, 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
