Your opportunity
- As a Senior M&A Technology Change Manager working within the Strategic Transversal Technology Change Team you will own and lead the end-to-end Technology strategy and execution for M&A activity, including acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. This role is accountable for shaping the target technology operating model, defining integration / separation strategies, and ensuring delivery of complex, high-value transactions aligned to firm-wide objectives.
- Partnering with the Integration Management Office, as well as other impacted stakeholders, you will drive alignment between business strategy, deal rationale, and technology execution.
- Act as a Technology partner to the Integration Management Office (IMO) providing strategic advisory to senior executives on the technology implications of M&A deals.
- Provide Technology influence on deal shaping timelines, due diligence and Day 1 readiness decisions. Lead technology due diligence, including risk identification, delivery approach and resource & cost estimation. Define Day 1 / Day 2 strategies, including TSA technology planning, separation strategies and platform consolidation.
- Owning and driving delivery across the Technology group. Directing and aligning senior technology leaders across Infrastructure & Cloud Operations, Network team, CISO, Technology Delivery (e.g. Investments Tech., Distributions Tech. etc.), Enterprise Architecture and the Technology COO team.
- You will be responsible for Technology plan, chairing governance forums and executive working groups. You will act as the senior technology representative at steering committees and associated forums for M&A transactions.
- You will define and continually evolve a scalable M&A Technology Operating Model, including standardized integration playbooks, tooling, governance frameworks and delivery methodologies to drive consistency, speed, and quality across all transactions.

Must have skills
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional programmes with executive visibility.
- Proven history of successfully delivering Technology change associated with M&A transactions.
- Bring industry best practice in M&A integration within asset management.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and demonstrates accountability for outcomes. Sets a strong example through leadership and integrity in execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of working collaboratively across multiple teams in a global context.
- Excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure project reporting responsibilities are met including managing and escalating risks & issues that may prevent the successful delivery of projects through the appropriate channels.
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge of the typical infrastructure components and data architectures that support investment management systems.
- Demonstrable ability to self-organise, carry out multi-tasking, as well as work to deadlines.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
- Good application and aptitude towards work with a willingness to learn, take on responsibilities and own the process from start to finish.
- Take a hands-on, methodical approach to identify and resolve issues.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through August 31, 2026.
