Your opportunity 


The Senior Compliance Analyst performs a variety of activities in the Corporate Compliance group related to the design and implementation of Janus Henderson Investors’ compliance program under Rules 38a-1 and Rule 206(4)-7. The key duties and responsibilities include:

 

  • Prepare quarterly and annual chief compliance officer (CCO) reports under Rule 38a-1 and annual CCO reports under Rule 206(4)-7
  • Prepare annual and other-than-annual updates to the Janus Henderson Investors Form ADV Part 2A and Part 2B brochure and brochure supplements
  • Review compliance attestations and responses to compliance content in requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
  • Administer policy management system and global policy management framework, including development of policy summaries and material change summaries, and maintain Janus Henderson Investors’ compliance manual
  • Support or complete industry surveys, organizational commitments (e.g., CFA Asset Manager Code), and client reports or requests (e.g., Section 15(c) agreement reviews)
  • Administer employee attestations and certifications in support of Janus Henderson Investors’ compliance program
  • Review risk alerts, enforcement actions, consent orders, guidance, frequently asked questions, and other regulatory communications and consider their impacts on Janus Henderson Investors’ compliance program
  • Research and stay abreast of relevant legal, regulatory, business and market developments
  • Support or complete compliance risk assessments and perform testing, monitoring and reviews in support of Janus Henderson Investors’ compliance program
  • Support and participate in oversight of key vendors and service providers from Compliance perspective, including annual reviews of fund service providers
  • Participate in and attend internal and external committee, forum and working group meetings on behalf of Compliance where requested
  • Provide support, advice and challenge to business partners on legal and regulatory matters while maintaining cooperative and productive relationships that help achieve the objectives of Janus Henderson Investors and its clients; and
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

  • Three years of experience in the financial services industry preferred

Compensation information

 

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through the end of October 2025.
