Your opportunity
- Perform hands-on configuration and technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Time, Onboarding, Recruiting, LMS and integrations with other legacy People, Finance and Payroll applications.
- Execute critical tasks and deliverables as defined by the Product Owner or Product Manager ensuring timelines and technical standards are met.
- Responsible for analyzing business requirements, leading enhancement requests, small to large projects, documenting technical requirements, coordinating system analysis, research and evaluate solutions, recommend new and/or alternative system approaches.
- Responsible for producing overall system design, functional configuration and programming specifications.
- Provide technical support for production issues/escalations within agreed SLA’s
- Be responsible for providing technical guidance concerning business implications of applied use of SuccessFactors modules.

Must have skills
- Experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Suite focused on Employee Central, EC Time, Onboarding & Recruiting. Working knowledge of SuccessFactors HXM Suite.
- Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors HXM Suite, Employee Central, EC Time
- Experience with PL/SQL, Database, Data Warehouse/ETL tool, and Python.
- Experience with different file types, and major integrations of data between upstream and downstream systems.
- Proficient in Onboarding, Recruiting, and LMS. Ability to create and maintain advanced reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, Enhancement / Projects in a demanding environment.
- Design and enhance 3rd party integrations from/to SuccessFactors using Integration Center and SAP Business Technology platform.
- Solid knowledge in Custom MDF, Workflow configuration and optimization, Role Based Permissions, Position Management, Global/Multiple Assignments, advanced Business Rules and XML.
- Understanding of Point-to-Point Integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, able to resolve/fix replication errors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing for Enhancements, Product Releases, and bug fixes to ensure the quality of the product at all stages.
- Establish and maintain effective working relations with Business partners, IT teams and vendors.
Nice to have skills
- Associate level Certifications in Employee Central, EC Time
- SAP Fieldglass, Enterprise Service Management, PMGM, Succession, and Compensation modules
- Experience with designing and configuring Story Reporting (embedded People Analytics)
- Worked on AI related projects highly desired.
- Understand statutory requirements and implement them as and when released.
- At least 3 full life-cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Time implementation experience.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$135,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through March 31, 2026.
