Your opportunity

 

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies across assigned categories to support cost optimization and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to identify opportunities for savings and improved performance.
  • Lead sourcing events, negotiate commercial terms, and manage ongoing supplier performance.
  • Design, refine, and operationalize procurement processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders — including Legal, IT, Finance, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Operations — to align supplier strategies with business needs and risk tolerances.
  • Support vendor risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Analyze spend data to identify trends and produce actionable sourcing insights and KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and present sourcing outcomes and performance analytics to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during procurement activities and sourcing to global vendors.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills

 

  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and procurement systems.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze spend data, interpret market trends, and develop datadriven sourcing strategies.
  • Expertise in supplier negotiation and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in procurement processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and/or related experience.

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Experience designing or enhancing procurement processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent.
  • Experience with international procurement and negotiation, preferably in financial services.
  • Familiarity with contract law and legal aspects of procurement.

Compensation information 

 

 

The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$140,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through March 31, 2026.
