Your opportunity 

 

  • Develop, refine, and maintain end to end procurement process flows (Source to Pay / Procure to Pay).
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, compliance, and user experience.
  • Build and institutionalize procurement governance frameworks, including approval hierarchies, decision rights, and risk controls.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies, SOPs, work instructions, and documentation repositories.
  • Ensure alignment with legal, compliance, finance, and audit requirements across all procurement operations.
  • Drive adoption of governance standards across regions and business units through training and change management.
  • Lead, manage, and fully own procurement-related projects, including process redesign, policy updates, technology rollouts, operational reporting improvements, and compliance initiatives.
  • Define project charters, scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring cross‑functional alignment.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts across all projects.
  • Develop and deliver training content, playbooks, onboarding materials, and communication assets.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations excellence, or process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Source‑to‑Pay processes, policies, and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and documenting process flows (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN).
  • Proven ability to lead procurement or cross‑functional projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.

 

Nice to have skills 

 

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Regulatory and compliance experience related to procurement or operations
  • Contracts management experience, including knowledge of contract lifecycles, risk terms, and internal review processes
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification a plus)
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, or Ivalua
  • Background in internal controls, compliance, or procurement governance
  • Change management experience (Prosci or similar certification)

Compensation information 

 

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through May 31, 2026.
