Your opportunity
- Work closely with Senior Business Partners, supporting the aligned business units and managing employee performance by coaching management on goal setting, rewards, recognition and compensation. This includes partnership and management of global initiatives including Employee Survey, Talent Review and the Year End compensation process.
- Develop an understanding of both the People strategy and the business goals of your aligned business units, proposing and executing on all people-related matters which achieve our strategic goals in conjunction with the relevant Senior People Business Partner.
- In partnership with the Senior People Business Partners, handle all employee relations issues. Meet with Senior Business Partners, legal team, managers and employees to troubleshoot issues and identify next steps. Manage the lifecycle of the situation and drive to the appropriate conclusion.
- Responsible for administration on all Global Mobility, Immigration matters, and all Leaves of Absence and oversight of those processes for your employee population.
- Conduct exit interviews with employees. Summarize and maintain documentation, analyze trends and provide results and observations to Senior People Business Partner(s) and managers on a periodic basis.
- Responsible for headcount and base pay budget tracking for assigned business units ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with managers to review and/or develop job descriptions and prepare open roles for posting. Liaise with the Senior People Business Partner(s), Compensation and Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and complete submissions.
- Partner with People team to deliver the best solutions and service in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning and Development, and other areas of People. May be actively involved in recruitment of employees.

Must have skills
- Five plus years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills to apply various employment situations against numerous complicated employment laws and regulations.
- Knowledge and proven experience in Human Resource Management and policies; especially employee relations and regulatory requirements such as FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, and EEO regulations.
- Communication skills, with particular ability to communicate complex and/or sensitive information in a clear, concise, diplomatic and professional manner at all levels of the organization.
- Computer knowledge, including solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to balance and complete multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to build effective relationships with business unit clients and People peers; good team player.
- Able to work well independently, with little supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and in an appropriate manner.

- A combination of experience in employee relations, management development, learning and development, compensation and recruiting.
- Knowledge of People systems, SAP, Employee Central and SuccessFactors

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through May 30, 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
