Your opportunity
- Manage the build out of a People Analytics platform in Power BI, working closely with the Technology team to efficiently integrate data from SuccessFactors Employee Central into Snowflake and Power BI.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and creating reports that meet business needs.
- Optimizing performance of BI solutions, including data modeling and report refresh efficiency.
- Provide support to People business partners, people leaders, and employees about effectively interpreting and acting on insights. Produce toolkits, training, and self-service analytics to drive data fluency and impact.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices in People analytics and data governance, including tools and technologies, and how to translate that knowledge into existing People operations.
- Provide critical reporting for regulatory and legal inquiries including standardized reporting and various ad-hoc inquiries.
- Staying current on Power BI features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Creating documentation for data models, workflows, and processes.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within a People data context.
- Expertise with data visualization best practices and user experience design for BI solutions.
- Proven track record in strategic data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience in leveraging people data to influence stakeholder decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have skills
- Expertise in building out People Analytics platforms.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven industry and technical knowledge within asset management.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through September 2025.
