Your opportunity

 

You will:

 

  • Be responsible for processing US on cycle payrolls timely and accurately, working closely with cross-functional teams and internal clients, ensuring pay data are collated and processed accurately, following established processes & law
  • Have the ownership of delivering all required reconciliations and files to management, cross-functional teams, and vendors (ADP)
  • Process off-cycle payrolls as necessary, in support of needs of the Company and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to terminations, relocation recording, vesting’s, etc.
  • Research and resolve US payroll related inquiries, with timely responses
  • Manage the Payroll Inbox, primarily handling US emails, however, support of global payroll inquiries may be needed in times of absence of other payroll staff
  • Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and follow relevant law
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Payroll in mitigating any risks identified while adhering to the established policies and procedures
  • Perform scheduled activities, collaborating closely with HR & SAP IT team as needed for all US system changes and enhancement, along with tax updates to SAP
  • Prepare and maintain standard ad-hoc reports, queries, and provide reports as requested by internal & external clients (not limited to Tax, LTI, TALX)
  • Perform all required reconciliations of US payroll to proactively mitigate inaccuracies
  • Identify & implement system and process improvements working with payroll management
  • Collaborate with and support the payroll team where needed, even if the work may not be directly related to US payroll (e.g., mass upload for all countries) or double-checking of data entered by another staff
  • Connect with employees, other teams and management with professionalism
  • Data entry as required in HR & Payroll Systems
  • Possess knowledge of payroll practices and principles, including regulatory changes
  • Ensures the POS Pay and ACH files are sent timely for on-time payments to employees
  • Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
  • Assist the payroll management in registration & closing of state accounts as needed
  • Provide active support and participation in US SOX audits working with the Global Head of Payroll
  • Actively participate in training of new payroll staff
  • Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant law; deviation from the established process must be discussed with management prior to implementing any change
  • Support redistribution of work when required within payroll, to achieve the overall goal of the team 
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of US payroll experience required
  • FPC or CPP certification is strongly desired
  • Experience in SAP is strongly desired
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (a test will be conducted)
  • Competent with other MS Office suite products
  • Competent with use of personal computers, payroll applications & 10-Key machine

Compensation information

 

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through June 30, 2026.
