Your opportunity
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and gather detailed requirements for system configuration and customization
- Lead the implementation of Workfront, defining workflows, setting up project templates, managing user permissions, and customizing the platform to align with business needs
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on system features and best practices to maximize system usage
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor project progress, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and address any concerns related to system usage
- Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement updates to maintain efficiency
- Facilitate integration of Workfront with other business systems and applications to streamline data flow
- Support the onboarding of new users, re-training existing users, and ad-hoc training for new processes
- Coordinate, schedule and lead training, testing and feedback sessions based on training calendar
- Support the production/updating of resources for training and onboarding
- Comprehensive knowledge of workflow system features, functionality, and administration capabilities
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify pain points, and translate requirements into Workfront configurations
- Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful Workfront implementation
- Effective communication to train users, collaborate with stakeholders, and present complex information clearly
- Basic understanding of system administration, data management, and potential integrations

Must have skills
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Aspiring leader, equally comfortable working with production teams as senior leadership
- Strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills
- Ability to view conflicts and issues from multiple perspectives, and keep the “big picture” in focus to seek resolution
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline driven environments
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, pragmatic and solutions oriented mindset
- Deep knowledge of production management technologies, timeline creation and workflow building tools (Workfront, Airtable, Jira)
Nice to have skills
- 4 - 6 years’ experience in a product management role, minimum 2-3 with responsibilities working with global teams
- Familiarity with marketing production processes and requirements
- Background using and administering enterprise workflow systems: Workfront, Microsoft Project, etc
- Experience using process mapping tools: LucidChart (Visio)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through June 6, 2025.
You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
