Your opportunity
Responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all trade lifecycle processes across multiple asset classes and products including but not limited to: Equities, Fixed Income, Futures, and Options. The team’s remit includes Trade Capture & Matching, Settlements, and Collateral Management. The Analyst will ensure operational excellence, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Perform daily functions to support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including: trade capture, matching, settlement & collateral management.
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks, mismatches, settlement issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with traders, brokers, custodians and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Identify, establish, and implement standard methodologies in regard to trade operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all trade-related activities, maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational control.
- Support operational projects, including the design, testing, and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring best practice and continuous improvement.

Must have skills
- Trade Operations Expertise: Significant experience across the full trade life cycle including trade affirmation & capture, settlement & cashflows
- System knowledge: Knowledge of a selection of market utilities, e.g. CTM, SWIFT, CLS, Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess; experience with Aladdin desirable
- Operational Control: Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Team-Oriented and Client-Focused: A strong sense of teamwork and a consistent focus on meeting client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation information
The base salary for this position is $70,000 - 80,000.00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through May 15, 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
