Your opportunity 

 

  • Support and grow Janus Henderson’s US Direct Business Channel through both inbound and proactive outbound advice-related shareholder servicing and account development efforts
  • Deliver industry-leading and differentiated consultative service to shareholders by means of tailored advice solutions factoring in their individual objectives, time horizons, tax exposure, risk tolerance and other relevant factors
  • Answer account questions, process purchase, redemptions, exchanges, and other account transactions over the phone  
  • Assist investors with navigating and troubleshooting online issues relating to the Janus Henderson website and mobile application
  • Identify and seek marketing campaign opportunities in furtherance of advice-related asset retention and JHI wallet-share expansion efforts
  • Resolve problems and correct complex errors identified by the investor or representative
  • Meet & exceed productivity and quality metrics of call scoring.  Deliver against individual and team KPIs 
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • FINRA SIE, Series 6 (or 7,) 63 and 65 (or 66) licensed (must be obtained within 3 months of hire or promotion to position)
  • Good interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing world class customer service
  • Ability to adapt to investor communication style while servicing our diverse client base
  • Strong willingness to learn, ask questions and participate in a high-paced team setting
  • Must have a high degree of self-motivation and ability to be self-sufficient in using available resources
  • Attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion and judgement in helping investors by applying our processes, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to carefully follow and deliver against all Compliance and Legal mentorship regarding JHI’s role, responsibilities and confidentiality relating to the dispensing of shareholder advice and overall investor stewardship
  • Deep proficiency in financial services matters, retirement vehicles, product set and JHI asset allocation solutions within 6 months of hire or assumption of role if existing JHI employee (FTE or contract conversion) 
  • Ability to work 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 7 am – 4pm with occasional mandatory overtime

Compensation information

 

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.  This role will remain open through the end of August 2025.
