Your opportunity
- Help inform and implement the marketing strategy to raise and retain defined contribution (DC) and insurance assets in North America.
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing content which provides value-added benefits to retirement and insurance advisors and wholesalers, mid-market consultants and home office contacts including CE programs, whitepapers, webcasts, and product updates.
- Support the Insurance and Retirement Group (IRG) sales efforts in creating and maintaining direct mail and email campaigns, DC and wealth thought leadership, and web pages and social media posts. Work closely with IRG, SCG, design, and compliance to manage distribution and appropriate expectations for each initiative.
- In conjunction with product marketing, support IRG focus product positioning and product launches for DC, insurance and bank trust vehicles.
- Capture and communicate results of marketing tactics supportive of IRG.
- Be an enthusiastic advocate and represent the interests of our retirement, insurance and bank trust platforms, clients and advisors, their goals and needs, and proactively improve their client experience.
- Work in close partnership with DC and Annuity Specialists and Account Managers to ensure internal clients are receiving timely updates of product information, marketing collateral and initiatives.
- Build knowledge of “marketing best practices” by staying informed about marketing efforts of other Janus Henderson distribution channels as well as external marketing efforts employed by competitors.
- Works closely with Advisor Solutions Group, Client Coverage Group, and Specialist Consulting Group channel marketing representatives and vendors to promote and implement intermediary channel initiatives with sales.

Must have skills
- Minimum five years B2B marketing experience, including direct contact with sales force and in-depth knowledge of the sales process, and three years in financial services
- Ability to concept, direct, execute and measure strategic projects from start to finish for business units within channel
- Highly disciplined and organized
- Detailed project management skills with experience working within tight timeframes
- Exceptional editing/proofreading skills and experience communicating to large teams
- Collaborative and team-oriented

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through the end of November 2025.
