Your opportunity
This is a 10-week summer internship programme from June 2nd to August 8th 2025 focusing on first hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.
- Be part of the Service Desk team and take support calls, review ticket queue for incoming work and raise tickets
- Work with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to our internal requestors
- Review Service Desk ticket queues in ServiceNow, proactively work incidents and requests as they arise
- May be required to adhere to agreed upon schedule as part of the Service Desk team
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- A college sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a relevant subject
- General knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Windows platform
- Understanding of Microsoft office products including Outlook
- Ability to identify, isolate and resolve IT problems / requests with training / coaching and under guidance
- Ability to communicate over the phone to end users how to resolve issues they are facing
- Motivation to learn and investigate solutions of issues that arise
- Candidates must be enrolled as a full time student at the time of the internship
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365
- Knowledge of collaboration tools e.g. Zoom, Teams
- Basic level understanding PC / laptop hardware
- Basic understanding of Networks (LAN, WAN)
- ServiceNow basic level understanding

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $25.00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. Candidates are responsible for their own housing and travel expenses. This role will remain open through April 8, 2025.
