Your opportunity

 

  • Primary support for the User Access Review (UAR) process throughout the year for JHI’s recurring regulatory auditing efforts (SOx, ISAE3402, DORA, etc.), as well as various Internal Audit requirements
    • Identify, Acquire, Prepare and Provide evidence of compliance of the various processes surrounding the management and approvals for access to the identified resources (UARs)
    • Liaise with the various resource owners to provide clarity for the submitted UARs and track those efforts to meet timeliness requirements
    • Follow-up for additional evidence requests from auditors for the various identified sources (Active Directory, Applications, Service Now, apps and systems managed by Identity & Access Management, and identified 3rd Party/SaaS systems)
  • Assist with gathering additional information to assist with the Support & Configuration of SailPoint, specifically for the above process, where applicable
  • Report on status and progress of work or causes of delays
  • Report on potential violations or actual breaches identified in the above processes, or any other identified lapses of policy to management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners, including regulatory and compliance teams, to identify business and technical requirements
  • Assist with other Identity and Access Management processes as required

Must have skills

 

  • At least two years of Identity and Access Management experience
  • Understanding of the role IAM plays within Information Security/Cybersecurity
  • Basic concepts and understanding of how to manage user access, permissions, or authorization, agnostic of specific systems
  • Knowledge of typical user or security access technologies, particularly Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and Exchange Online (MS365)
  • Ability to use service management tools to create, monitor and resolve requests, tasks, or incidents. ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Highly motivated with impeccable integrity, attention to detail, and Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines or timescales
  • Apply principles and practices for continuous evaluation and potential improvement for the assigned processes or procedures
  • Evaluate organizational policy, standard, or procedure changes and recommend changes or enhancements to procedures or processes in support of the role
  • Overtime and weekend hours may be required

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Knowledge of Identity and Governance Administration systems like SailPoint, with direct SailPoint experience a plus (IIQ or ISC)
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of file and folder security practices
  • Knowledge of Business Systems particularly Charles River (CRD), SAP HR, SAP Finance, SAP GRC, Salesforce, and SharePoint
  • Managing access with 3rd Party systems (SSO, SSO with Roles, MFA, portal access, etc)

Compensation information

 

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through April 30, 2025.
