Your opportunity 

 

  • The role primarily partners with senior sales executives to create and implement sales activities around investment strategies, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to drive sales and accelerate revenue growth of the North American Institutional team
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to increase assets from institutional investors in North America (~10%)
  • Research the asset allocation, investment structures, decision making, and key criteria of prospective institutional investors for meeting preparation and advancement of sales plans (~20%)
  • Perform quantitative, competitive and performance analysis in partnership with institutional team members, investment professionals, senior management, risk, and other teams to advance and support the sales process (~30%)
  • Input, update, and document all elements of the sales process (including activity, contacts, opportunities, and sales pipelines) within the CRM system (~20%)
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the completion and accuracy of sales related deliverables and marketing content including RFPs, presentations, and thought leadership (~20%)
  • All these responsibilities require establishing and building relationships with internal teams and external firms that are essential partners to effectively achieve objectives

Must have skills

 

  • Two or more years’ experience in the financial services industry; institutional investment management or institutional consulting background preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses within 6 months of hire

  • Finance or economics background or strong demonstrated interest; must be intellectually curious about the financial and capital markets
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with a broad spectrum of people

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong technology skills including Excel, PowerPoint, database tools, intermediate programming, etc.

Compensation information

 

The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through then end of October 2025.
