Your opportunity
- Be responsible for packaging applications to company standards and timeframes, inc. facilitating UAT.
- Deliver software into the Production environment, in adherence with Information Security policies and Change Management best practices, to globally distributed clients and Citrix estates
- Provide third line application deployment support, inc. Service Desk coaching
- Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure a consistent, standardized global environment
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment
- Occasionally required to work out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- Expert in Microsoft Windows Installer authoring
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager: Application configuration and Deployment management
- Highly motivated with a passion for technology and technical detail
- Experience working in a locked down global enterprise environment
- Good teamwork and knowledge transfer skills
- Solution-focused and committed to high quality delivery
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn ‘on the fly’
- A good communicator who can discuss technical subjects in layman terms
- Must have experience of high-pressure, large-scale environments
Nice to have skills
- Flexera AdminStudio Suite – Repackaging Applications for Windows Installer
- Microsoft Application Virtualization – Advanced troubleshooting
- Scripting languages: PowerShell and VBScript
- Experience managing Microsoft AppLocker rules
- Microsoft Intune Configuration Profile management

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $68,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through December 15, 2025.
