Your opportunity 

 

  • Support the day‑to‑day management of client relationships, working under the guidance of the Head of Client Account Management, Client Directors, and senior Client Account Managers
  • Act as a point of contact for client servicing queries, escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately
  • Assist with client onboarding and transition activities, coordinating with Client & Product Implementation (C&PI), Legal, Compliance, Operations, Reporting, and Investment teams to support smooth and well‑controlled go‑live processes
  • Support the preparation, review, and execution of mandate changes, including coordination of IMAs and letters of amendment
  • Assist in the efficient administration of client accounts, including operational queries related to settlement, custody, cash movements, accounting, and tax matters
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, including client contacts, activities, and fund flows, in line with departmental procedures
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner, liaising with internal teams, transfer agents, custodians, and third‑party administrators as required
  • Support compliance‑related processes, including AML reviews, regulatory requests, and periodic client documentation updates
  • Assist with the preparation and updating of portfolio review materials, quarterly and annual review packs
  • Support the coordination and completion of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), fund onboarding templates, and account opening documentation for mutual funds and hedge funds
  • Assist the Institutional Sales team with RFP responses, including coordination of inputs and quality control of submissions
  • Support the preparation and distribution of client communications, reports, prospectuses, and sales materials
  • Carry out other duties as assigned to support the broader Client Account Management team

Must have skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English is required;  proficiency in Korean and Thai is an advantage but not essential
  • Securities and Futures Commission Licenses (Type 1 and 4) or MAS equivalent  is required and must be obtained within the first 3 months from the commencement of employment
  • Ability to comprehend Janus Henderson’s array of asset class strategies
  • Ability to priorities and manage time efficiently
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to form good working relationships with all clients and internal stakeholders
  • Confident and proactive approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Experience in working with institutional and intermediary clients with both pooled and segregated assets is preferred
