Your opportunity
This role is primarily responsible for managing the recruitment of roles in our Budapest office, in addition to some other locations as required.
You will:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
- Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and emerging skill sets to continuously refine sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms
- Collaborate with the People Team and wider business stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with organisational priorities
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics, providing regular insights and reporting to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business on hiring best practices, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation

Must have skills
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credible relationships and influence hiring decisions at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and candidate-centric approach
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking recruitment metrics and using insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Solid understanding of Hungarian labour market dynamics and recruitment best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with strong attention to detail
Nice to have skills
- Experience recruiting within investment management, or broader financial services
- Prior experience using SuccessFactors ATS
- Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns
