Your opportunity 

  • Produce and maintain recurring People reporting including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce metrics.
  • Develop standardized dashboards and analyze trends covering headcount, hiring, turnover, diversity, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and other elements of workforce planning.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure consistent People metric definitions and reporting methodologies across the department.
  • Support executive, regulatory, and operational reporting requirements across the globe.
  • Design, build, and maintain data dashboards and visualizations.
  • Develop data models and reporting solutions that enable self-service analytics.
  • Work with key People team stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting.
  • Extract, validate, and analyze People data from SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
  • Partner with the People department and Technology teams to improve data quality and reporting capabilities
  • Support testing and validation of system changes impacting reporting and operational functionality
  • Create and maintain process and governance guides for People reporting
  • Assist with mass data imports and other system maintenance tasks as required
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • Experience producing recurring workforce reports and analyzing People data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, reconciliation, and analysis
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI or a similar reporting tool
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and explain findings clearly
  • Experience extracting, validating, and auditing data from HR systems or other enterprise platforms
  • Understanding of People metrics, employee lifecycle processes, and data confidentiality requirements
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into clear reporting and analytics solutions
  • High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across People and Technology teams
  • Previous experience in a People Analytics/Reporting, HRIS, or workforce analytics role
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and in an appropriate manner

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, its reporting tools, and other related modules.
  • Experience developing Power BI data models, measures, and self-service dashboards
  • Knowledge of data transformation or automation tools such as Power Query, SQL, or Power Automate
  • Experience testing system changes and validating downstream reporting impacts
  • Experience with mass data uploads, HR system maintenance, and/or data integration processes
  • An understanding of the employee lifecycle and key reporting metrics on a global scale
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agents
