This includes identifying appropriate opportunities for AI-assisted drafting, research support and workflow optimisation, while always applying appropriate human review to ensure content remains accurate, compliant, client-appropriate and aligned to Janus Henderson standards.
  • You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability and quality across the proposal-writing process.
  • You will maintain accurate workflow and production records, recognising that these form the basis of team reporting, metrics and management information.
