Our Values are key to driving our success, and are at the heart of everything we do:

If our mission, values, and purpose align with your own, we would love to hear from you!

Your opportunity

  • We are looking for someone to join the Presentations Production function in Budapest, working closely with established team members based in London, Denver and Bangalore. This team is responsible for the ongoing production, updating and maintenance of core and custom product presentations, working to monthly and quarterly update cycles, as well as supporting custom presentations for client, event and prospective client interactions.
  • You will spend much of your time updating PowerPoint presentations with new data, revised wording and approved content changes. This will include implementing recurring updates across multiple decks, checking consistency, applying formatting and style guidelines, and ensuring changes are made accurately within agreed deadlines.
  • As the first person in this role based in Budapest, you will need to be comfortable working independently day to day, while staying closely connected with colleagues and stakeholders across other locations. You will receive guidance and support from more experienced members of the team, but will be expected to manage your workload carefully and communicate clearly on progress, priorities and capacity.
  • You will support several product areas, either by taking responsibility for defined updates or by acting as back-up to other team members. This will involve managing multiple requests at the same time, tracking changes across several presentations, and ensuring updates are implemented consistently across all relevant materials within the same production cycle.
  • You will work collaboratively with Product and Channel Marketing, Compliance, Product Specialists, Investment Desks, distribution partners and the Client Experience Team, as well as other project teams as required.
  • The role will also involve supporting process improvement activity, including the continued development of presentation content, production workflows and tools such as Seismic. You will be encouraged to identify practical ways to improve day-to-day production efficiency and reduce manual effort where possible.
  • You will actively engage with AI and automation tools, building your understanding of how they can be used safely and effectively to improve presentation production, quality checking, workflow management and content consistency.
  • In addition, you should demonstrate a growth mindset and be willing to learn, adapt and embrace organisational change in a fast-paced production environment.
  • You will also be asked to carry out other duties as assigned.

What to expect when you join our firm

  • Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations

Must have skills

  • You must be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a production function driven by monthly and quarterly deadlines, ad-hoc business requests and data-delivery timelines. Some extended hours may be required at quarter-end.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You must be able to manage multiple requests at once, prioritise effectively and track changes across several presentations or update cycles at the same time.
  • You must have strong PowerPoint skills and be confident updating professional presentations using existing templates, layouts, data, charts, tables, commentary and approved wording.
  • You must have good experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams.
  • You must have strong written communication skills and be able to communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders across different locations, time zones, and of differing levels of seniority.
  • You must have a strong eye for detail and a willingness to check that data, wording, formatting and presentation content are accurate, consistent and aligned to style guidelines.
  • You should be comfortable working independently on assigned tasks, while also knowing when to ask questions, escalate issues or seek guidance.
  • You should have an interest in investment products, markets and financial services marketing, and be willing to build your knowledge of JHI’s product range over time.
  • You should demonstrate a flexible, pragmatic and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes and ways of working.
  • You should be willing to engage with AI and automation tools, learn how they can be used appropriately in a regulated environment, and think creatively about how they could improve production quality, consistency and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
