Your opportunity 

Works under direct supervision to coordinate the distribution of email marketing campaigns in support of Intermediary and Institutional marketing and sales.

Supporting the North America Client Group, this role is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing automation initiatives across email, landing pages, forms, and nurture campaigns. Working closely with marketing, sales, and operations partners, the Associate Marketing Automation Specialist helps drive client engagement through best-in-class digital campaign execution and reporting.

 

  • Design and develop html marketing emails from ideation, coding, to deployment utilizing strong proficiency in HTML / CSS
  • Work within Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM day-to-day to execute email marketing campaigns including but not limited to emails, landing pages, forms, and multi-touch drip journeys
  • Help maintain best practices for Pardot, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, segmentation, syncing behavior, and user management
  • Design, build, code, and test HTML email templates with precision and care that render correctly in all inboxes including Outlook and mobile
  • Report on campaign performance and engagement metrics, helping identify opportunities for future campaign improvements
  • Perform list management, segmentation, and data quality checks
  • Adhere to a high level of detail and excellence for asset production, reporting, and communication
  • Assist in A/B testing initiatives and campaign optimization efforts
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • Working knowledge of html and CSS with ability to troubleshoot inbox specific issues
  • Intermediate experience within marketing automation required, ideally with Pardot
  • Eye for email design, visual hierarchy, email layout, and UX principles
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Client-centric mindset, both internal and external, with the ability to hit expected timelines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Desire to continuously learn, grow professionally, and develop marketing automation expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build productive working relationships

 

Nice to have skills

 

  • Experience in asset management or other financial services verticals
