Your opportunity 

  • Maintain advisor-facing content across presentations, webpages, subscription programs, sales enablement materials, marketing collateral, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate content updates and manage review, approval, publishing, and distribution workflows to ensure materials remain accurate, current, and compliant.
  • Submit and monitor workflow requests through internal creative, production, and compliance processes.
  • Manage content inventories, asset libraries, version control, and content documentation.
  • Track publishing schedules and content distribution deadlines across marketing channels.
  • Coordinate website updates, email, social media content, and other content activations in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Help ensure all content aligns with Janus Henderson's brand standards, messaging guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and promotion of thought leadership content, marketing campaigns, and advisor-facing resources.
  • Partner with marketing leaders and subject matter experts to identify content updates, refresh existing materials, and maintain content accuracy.
  • Assist with market, industry, and competitive research to inform content development and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Coordination & Operations
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives by maintaining campaign calendars, timelines, deliverable schedules, and status trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content, campaigns, and marketing materials move efficiently through review, approval, and production processes.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing programs across digital, sales, events, and partner channels.
  • Monitor deadlines and help ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Facilitate communication among marketing partners, subject matter experts, compliance, and creative teams to support timely project completion.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, templates, trackers, and team resources.
  • Track campaign activity, performance metrics, and marketing results to support ongoing measurement and reporting.
  • Prepare recurring marketing updates, project status reports, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with data gathering, reporting, presentation preparation, and other team support activities as needed.
  • Support ongoing enhancements to marketing processes, workflows, and team organization.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services marketing, communications, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with website content management systems, marketing automation platforms, LinkedIn, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing technologies is preferred.
