Your opportunity
- Develop and maintain relationships with advisors in the RIA and Wirehouse channels in the specified region in order to drive sales and AUM growth across private and registered funds
- Develop and implement business plan to manage territory in most efficient and impactful manner, including ongoing management of sales pipeline
- Initiate and lead business meetings and follow-up activities with prospective and existing advisors, and ensure maintenance of meeting/call notes in CRM
- Understand complex alternative investment capabilities across private and registered investment vehicles and effectively communicate them to prospective clients in a clear and articulate manner, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape across investment strategies, private and registered investment structures, and relevant private wealth platforms
- Communicate effectively with other team members and leaders to ensure a high degree of transparency and collaboration
- Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills
- 5-10 years of relationship management and sales experience with advisors in the specified region, with a strong proficiency in both the issues they face and industry trends more generally
- Comprehensive understanding of financial investment strategies, including a depth of expertise across alternative assets classes in both private and registered structures (Examples: Interval funds, BDCs)
- Strong Capital Markets Knowledge
- Demonstrated track record of success raising assets and increasing market presence within this client segment
- Superior communication and presentation skills coupled with the requisite level of gravitas to effectively position Privacore and its capabilities to investors
- Ability to engage clients in solutions-oriented discussions; effectively position and showcase varied products and solutions to help advisors reach their investment objectives
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize targets and handle a busy calendar of client meetings
- Great teammate that can collaborate across sales, product, and other functional areas of the firm
- High level of accountability and drive; self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree from a top tier institution; MBA, CFA or / or CAIA preferred

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
